B&W and colour illustrations and photographs throughout. Clean pages with firm binding. Minimal foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Mild wear to spine, board edges and corners, with light marking to boards. Unclipped dust jacket. Mild wear and tear to edges and corners. Moderate tanning to spine, with minor soiling to DJ. Slipcase is good, with moderate wear, scuffs, sunning and marking to boards.
Synopsis
The World Atlas of Wine by Hugh Johnson and (since 2003) Jancis Robinson, MW is an atlas and reference work on the world of wine, published by Mitchell Beazley. It pioneered the use of wine-specific cartography to give wine a sense of place, and has since the first edition published in 1971 sold 4 million copies in 14 languages.
