BI6 - A tight, clean, sound copy with minor overall wear plus there is some rubbing of the lettering on the spine plus there is some very, very light edge wear along the bottom board edges plus there is a very, very light bump on the front top right corner plus there is some tape staining on the outside board surfaces and front and back endpapers from where the dust jacket was taped to the boards plus there is some light soiling on the right outside paper edges plus there are the usual library stamps, labels, and pocket on the front and back endpaers and title page. The dust jacket shows minor overall shelf wear mainly in the form of some fading along the spine plus there is some light surface chipping on the spine near the bottom edge from a library label plus it is price clipped plus it is still in the original library mylar sleeve. A combination history and travelogue of the American Southwest by an Englishman who emigrated to the United States to settle in Texas. Illustrated with black and white photographs, drawings, and maps. Indexed, 320p.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
