This book is from the collection of Doc Erickson, the production manager who worked with Hitchcock at Paramount on Rear Window, To Catch A Thief, The Man Who Knew Too Much, The Trouble with Harry and Vertigo. There is a gift inscription from Erickson's daughter on the half title page. Laid in is a signed, typed letter from the author to Doc Erickson asking for advice in getting the screenplay of the book into the hands of someone who might see it as a viable project. Also included is the advertising card for the book. Cover and text in very good condition with minimal rubbing but age-toning on page edges. Gift inscription on half title page.
