Much to gain the attention of anyone with an interest in American social hstory alongside more specialised agricultural topics, statistics, etc. Excellent photos from rural communities, as well as scenes such as oyster gathering, orange packing etc. Of particular interest are two sections of attractive colour illustrations of "promising new fruits". Stock lightly toned, but otherwise all in VG internal order. Blue cloth lightly bumped, a little worn to edges and faded to spine. 8vo. 711pp
