Gilt top-stain, with other edges untrimmed. 94 pages. With b/w wood cut engravings by R. A. Garnett. Bottom corners slightly bumped. Darkening to free end papers. No names, or marks to text. Lacking the dust-jacket.
Synopsis
David Garnett was born in Brighton in 1892. He worked in publishing for many years and was a literary editor of the New Statesman . He was made a CBE in 1952. He died in 1981.
