Water stain in lower right corner on plates as well as some leaves at beginning and end of book. No jacket . Scarce book in which Johnson, an African American, working from a creationist viewpoint but without the time constraints of the literalists, parses Bible verses and other sources to argue that Ethiopians inhabiting the Southern Sudan were the first humans to evolve and develop a recognizable civilization.
