Illustrated title page spread, black and white and color photographs, illustrations, graphs, tables appendices, notes, index. The spine is lightly worn at the ends, there is a previous owner's name on the front endpaper, and the dust jacket is a little worn at the edges of the spine and corners including small closed tears and chipping.
