London : Sampson, Low, Marston & Co. Ltd, 1921. Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 13" x 8.5. The usual Jane's publication detailing ships of the World's fighting navies with photographs of many, this is a one tends to be scarcer than many other editions. This book also has some wonderful period advertisements (80 pages of them on top of the 634 pages of text). This copy has had a tough life with weak hinges and wear / marks to the boards externally. the spine / hinges have been repaired by the application of a strip of 5" wide leather externally. The first and last pages have wear / folds. The last few pages (617 - 622) appear to have been folded prior to printing leaving small white strips. Pages 623-634 have some ragged edges, minor loss and tape repairs. Otherwise the pages are clean and the pages are clean and the page binding appears sound. A heavy book which may incur additional costs depending on destination and shipping speed. This is an original edition and not a modern reproduction. All orders processed and shipped promptly from the UK, usually the same or next business day. Call or email with your questions. Not available for economy shipping outside of the UK.
