Laid in: letter from the Executive Director of the ACSA, as sent to conference attendees. Very large heavy book requiring extra postage. Book is in Nearly Fine condition with almost no noticeable wear, no owner's name, just a minor bump/short tear to the head of the spine. We are rating this as just VG, since the original CD is missing from the inside rear cover.

A couple of short tears to the covers, otherwise a very attractive, unwon copy. Rare book.

Several pieces of correspondence laid in (dated 1967) related to a family with connections to Longnor Hall, described and photograped in this volume. VG text in badly edge-worn and torn dj with a 1.5 inch chunk missing from the bottom edge.

No major flaws to book, no owner's marks, hinges firm, cloth not worn through. Some dustiness and spotting to covers. Tissue guards have been removed leaving stubs. Scarce book of art deco and traditional architecture as built in the 1930s.

Text is Very Good with modest bumping to tips, original owner's name in pencil on ffep, Class of 1948. Cloth is bright and fresh. Dust jacket is age-darkened and edge-worn, as expected, but no large tears or chips, up to 3/4" from head of spine. Rear map present and in excellent condition.
