Some sort of residue on most of the pages, maybe from the publisher, causing the bottom leading corners to stick together. Most come free very easily. No obvious markings or notations in pages.

Gilt on front cover bright, light edge wear, a little bumping of corners and spine ends, spine a little faded with light wrinkles and minor creases, back cover a little scrubbed and stained, gift inscription on half-title, interior pages bright, binding tight. Very minor wear to cover with light bumping of corners and spine, small smudge and a little scrubbing of back cover, light soiling of a couple of pages near pull tabs, otherwise clean and bright with no scribbles or writing, binding tight.

C." on front fixed end paper, some suffing of end papers with small nicks, interior pages bright and clean, binding tight. Illustrated dust jacket with white titles on front cover is badly chipped at spine, creased at top of front cover, a few short tears, stains, tanning, not clipped.
