New York: Macmillan, 1969. First Edition . Cloth. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. ix, 340 pp. First printing. The lightest of rubbing to the cover edges. The binding is tight and square, and the text is clean. The jacket is slightly faded at the spine panel, and scuffed along the upper and lower edges. Signed by the author, with a presentation inscription, on the front free endpaper.
