New York: Abbeville Press, 1993. Hardcover. 432p., profusely illustrated, hardbound in 8.5x11 inch black cloth boards lettered silverfoil and enclosed in the dust jacket. The first edition. Rims of casing are faintly sunned (or dusty?), top rim of dj a little rumpled, item is otherwise perfectly sound, clean and unmarked in any way. Cohn compiled a discography and bibliography to go with articles by Samuel Charters, Bruce Bastin, and Mary Katherine Aldin, among others, and a foreword by B.B. King.
