Signed presentation copy by Norman Leventhal on title page: "To . . . with great appreciation for the friendship and the memories for over 70 years. Norman Leventhal October 9, MMII." The Leventhal Foundation was responsible for the creation of this book. Mr. Leventhal is best known for his work in civic improvements to the city of Boston, and consequently has a park named after him of which he oversaw the creation. He also helped direct several major civic improvement projects in Boston, including Rowes Wharf, Center Plaza, One Post Office Square, and 5,100 units of affordable housing. Both book and dust jacket are in very good condition. . Signed. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/Very Good. Square 4to. Hardcover.
