Pages crisp and clean except for gentle age toning through the margins; binding square and tight, full red cloth cover only lightly rubbed at corners and spine ends. Dustjacket bears a clear droplet markand moderate creasing at the upper rear, a small sticker ghost with a few very small surface abrasions at the lower rear; a scattering of dark specks at the right rear, a partially open tear at the spine heel, an errant pen mark and three nearly clear droplet marks at the left front (one has a little bit of red ink bleed), a series of shallow scratches at the right front and surface rubbing and shallow creases around the edges of the front, and some chipping and wear at the corners, otherwise sound and attractive, not price clipped, now protected in a clear sleeve. 768pp. Several fold-out maps bound in, two folded maps in pocket at rear.; Large 8vo.
