An account of the effects of battle fatique (PTSD, Thousand Yard Stare, Shell Shock, etc) on the members of the Canadian Army serving overseas during the Second World War. The authors' argument countered the prevailing belief among command staff that proper training, and discipline would reduce the effects of battle exhaustion. A very good, or better, copy in dust jacket.
