Signed. First Edition. Near Fine / very good. The Dallas Preservation League sponsored this book promoting the city. Lots of contemporary and archival photos. Beautifully published book with everything you want to know about Dallas, up until 1982. The book has only minor bumps to the head and tail of the spine, otherwise excellent. The dust jacket has a tear at the top of the spine, otherwise very minor shelf wear. The author has boldly signed on the front free end page (no inscription).
