Inscribed by W. R. Warwick (publisher) to half-title page. Mapped endpapers. Green cloth w crisp gold lettering to cover and spine. No wear to covers or spine. Binding square and sound. Full-wrap colour illustrated DJ is clean, showing small wear to corners, head and tail. DJ now preserved in archival cover. Artwork on DJ by Jeff Pritchard. Octavo. W.R. (Bill) Warwick (1926-2007) was co-founder and later sole owner of Turner-Warwick Printers, following a distinguished milirary career.
