Who collects taxes on orders placed through Biblio.com?

Return to what I was doing

Recent tax law changes in many U.S. states now require that Biblio calculate, collect and remit sales tax to those states. If you are a seller in an affected state, please click here for more details.

For all other sales, Biblio.com neither collects nor remits taxes or duties at this time. Sales are completed between the bookseller and the customer, and as such, the bookseller is liable for payment of any applicable taxes.

We recommend that you either build your sales tax cost into your book prices, or use the Adjust charges option on the order detail screen to request additional funds towards tax if it is needed.

I was delighted with my order and your service. The book arrived in time for the occasion that I needed it for. I was thrilled to be able to find an out-of-print copy.
