Hardback, 1974, stated first library edition, so a first edition thus and possible first English language edition overall, illustrated, published by Compton Russell Limited, Salisbury, 160 pages.
A very scarce hardback copy. Ex-library book with typical makings. In acceptable condition. Measures around 8 3/4" by 5 3/4" by 5/8". No dust jacket. Paper on card boards though with cloth-like texture. Some marking and discolouration, considerable signs of wear, extensive scuffing. Rubbing, tearing and chipping at edges, corners and on hinges. Book has forward tilt. Slackness to binding, though intact. Page edges browned and a bit marked. Tearing to front pastedown and endpaper, library stamp to publisher information page. Some marginalia to a few pages and considerable marking to some pages. See pictures for further information.
