New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1969. New York Edition. Hardcover. Very good+/very good+. Gilt stamped black cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, not illustrated. Book has mild shelfwear, binding tight, faint foxing to endpapers and top edge of block, otherwise text clean and unmarked. DJ has rubbing and mild toning, touch of edgewear to spine ends and corners. This is a 1969 reissue of the New York edition.
