This is one of a series of well known books for young readers. This is the eleventh in the series which ended with the thirteenth story. They ran from 1944 to 1972. This is a very good copy with moderate edge wear, and worn corners. The text is clean and free of markings. True first editions of any book in the series are uncommon.
