Green cloth spine bumped and rubbed at the head and foot, light green paper boards bumped at the corners, dent to back top edge. Unclipped, heavily spine-sunned dust jacket, chipping to head and foot of spine, minor chips to corners, creases to some of the edges, soiling to back cover, chip on back top edge, couple small tears to a couple of the edges. 237pp., including index.. First Edition. Quarter Cloth. Very Good/Good+ (in mylar). Illus. by B&W Photographs/Mapped End Papers. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.
