New York: E. P. Dutton, 1954. 1st. Hardcover. Very good/fair. Bound in the publisher's original quarter cloth and illustrated blue cloth over boards, spine stamped in blue. Spine is slightly cocked and cloth is worn at the extremities. Dust jacket is chipped and torn at the extremities and faded at the spine. With 8 pages of photographs in full color and 48 pages of photographs in black & white, maps, sketches, and drawings.
