Vlasto, Dino Bigongiari, E. Lasker, Richard S. Storrs, W. C. Sprague, Paull Dana, Frank W. Rollins, Dwight Hillis, E.W. Howe, J.M., Elise and Mary Willian, Father Mullins, Father Halvax, S.W. McCall, C.A. Hamilton, St. Clair McKelway, W.R. Blackwell, Dr. Kessler, W.W. Sanborn, A.W. Edson, Julia T. Fradenbourgh, Frank P. Hill, Caloin Patterson, Melvin Ohio Adams, Dr. James Sullivan; prominent Evangelists, Librarians, politicians and other New England citizens; This copy from the personal library of Helen Currier Flint; It is only Fair because the front and back cover are present but detached; the binding is solid; It is contained in an unusual red slipcase; There are many blank pages within this edition and Flint has used them to record not only her own personal observations but also the signatures and in many cases long narratives by the signees. There may well be other famous people who have signed the book, the notes are extensive; This edition of the French Revolution is richly illustrated throughout, with many many fold-out illustrations. Quite a one of a kind copy with lots of New England provenance; the boards are ornate with raised bands and red and black coloring; . Three Volumes, Complete in One. Hardcover.
