The plates are clean, not damaged, and do not have any library markings or stamps. Generally a clean, sound example of the book. The end-pages are the original coated green paper. The original tissue guards are present and browned as usual. The binding is sound and not loose or cracked. There is some foxing on some of the early pages and near the end, otherwise the book is mostly free of foxing. The book is complete with all pages and plates (nothing missing).
