Briggs was a career diplomat, Ambassador to seven countries in 37 years of service and received the Medal of Freedom from President Eisenhower. This 48 page pamphlet has an illustrated cover with light soil. Some pages tips are turned at the bottom; pencilled price on title page. Bottom corner and title page previously folded.
