About This Item
New York: Vantage Press, 1983. xi, 89p., small hardbound in 8x5.5 inch textured boards and dust jacket. A nice, clean, sound, unmarked copy. Think Tax Reform, with our man here the Reformer; the frontis photoportrait of him shows him costumed in revolutionary-era tricorn, kneepants, big square shoe-buckles. One of Levesque's chapters is entitled "Please Help Us Cancel Reaganomics," which he is quick to advise can also be pronounced PHUC Reganomics, and that it's "vital" that Reagan's selfish programs be "rooted out of our lives"; the author is not a right-winger and his proposed "mellow" system seems to be in a 60s spirit.
