Great Britain: The De Walden Library, 1904. Hardcover. Good+ with no dust jacket. Introduction by Lord Howard de Walden. This book includes the heraldic illustrations that reflect the College of Arms' collection, several being from English monarchs, nobles, and knights. Sections are divided into Banners, Standards, Mottoes, and Rara Heraldica. There is also an Index of Names Included. Frontispiece is in color; the rest of the illustrations are in black and white.The green cloth binding has been professionally re-backed, with title in gilt lettering. The interior features marbled paper paste-downs. Aside from some very light smudge on first couple pages and a very little foxing, the text block is clean. Cover shows wear and rubbing along the edges. There are a few scratches and scuffs, along with fading near edges and spine. A couple spots along the edges are frayed. This large book will require extra shipping; please inquire. ; 10 1/4 x 12 1/4
