USA, Chicago, Thompson & Thomas, 1900 1st. Hardback, 9 x 6 inches. Grey cloth with red and blue lettering and pictorial designs to cover. Floral endpapers. In very good condition. Some fading to spine and rubbing to ends. Some darkening around edges of boards. Some minor tanning to endpapers, rubbed patch to front corner. Some tanning to pages, faint thin water stain to top edges of pages and plates, one or two minor handling marks and some minor light foxing, else pages clean and tight. Else a very good clean and tight copy. vii + 310pp + 6pp appendix. With many B&W illustrations, photographs and maps.

The Antique Map & Bookshop was established in 1976 and has been in Puddletown since 1978. PUDDLETOWN is situated just outside DORCHESTER in the county of DORSET, on the A35 to BOURNEMOUTH. The village has a by-pass now which means there is easy access to the village and ample space for parking. Our shop is directly on the main road through the village.
