About This Item
New York: William Morrow and Company, Inc, 1999. First Edition, First Printing. Paper Boards. Near Fine/Near Fine +. A handsome First Edition, First Printing with former president George Bush's signature direct onto the half title page. The book is near fine. Bound in black and brown paper boards with light spotting, very minor with bright gilt lettering across an unmarred spine. Light rubbing to bottom edge, also very minor. Minor bumping and crinkling to spine ends and corners with an otherwise beautiful outer presentation. Pages throughout are crisp. Over 20 glossy black and white photographs in fine condition. Beautiful rough cut fore page edges. Dust jacket protected in archival cover. In near fine condition but for the lightest crinkling at spine ends and faint price tape residue on front panel. Clear and bright color photographs on both front and back panel with bright text throughout. Fine spine edge with bright title. Interior flaps in fine condition with price of "23.00" intact. An interesting view into the former president's life experiences prior to his election to office.
