London: Hammer Film Productions, 1967. Final Draft script for the 1968 British film. Copy belonging to an unknown crew member, with their annotations throughout, noting substantive revisions and deletions.

Based on the classic 1934 novel by Dennis Wheatley, about two men in 1920s England who must battle a group of devil-worshippers in order to defend their friends from initiation into the cult. One of the finest supernatural thrillers of Hammer Films' golden age.

Set in London and south England, shot on location in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

Teal untitled wrappers with a die-cut title window in the British style. Title page present, dated July, 1967, noted as Final Screenplay, with credits for screenwriter Richard Matheson and novelist Dennis Wheatley. 125 leaves, with last page of text numbered 120. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only, with blue and pink revision pages throughout, dated variously between 1.8.67 and 5th September 1967. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, bound internally with two silver brads.
