About This Item
London: Religious Tract Society (Printed By Morrison & Gibb Limited, Edinburgh). Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 10.5 x 8. The interior of the book is clean and tight. There is a gift inscription to a former owner on the front free end paper (With love from Isobel, Xmas 1918), so this is a nice early copy, but not a first. There are three full-page colour illustrations -- 1 frontispiece and two in the text. The covers are also in very good condition, with light wear and handling, and a slightly faded red cloth spine. The back of the book has a black and white advertisement for Fry's Cocoa. Scans are available on request.
