(ca 1940); 6 x 9; pp. 64; off-white pictorial wraps; faint crease lines to corners, else minor wear; very good or better.Interesting recipes for batters and doughs, vegetables, fish and oysters, etc. by the young women members of the Floral Society at the First Congregational CHurch of Moline, Illinois. The Floral Department of the church was organized in 1911 with the initial purpose of regularly decorating the First Congregational for regular and Sunday services. It would later branch out to helping the Red Cross, contribute to war funds, and take care of children.
