Grant Richards, 1908. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1908. No Edition Remarks. 335 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt and an illustration pasted on. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout, heavier at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout however binding remains reasonably firm. Hinges cracked revealing netting. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is darkened. Moderate sunning to spine. Split to spine joints at head and tail. Front board illustration has some loss.
