Blue illustrated cloth. 312 pp. A science fiction style novel in which a scientist tries to surgically create giants and dwarves out of children. By British author George Knight (under a pseudonym) (see sf-encyclopedia website). GOOD condition. Moderate to heavy toning, mostly to the spine. Minor soiling and spotting to the covers. Moderate to heavy scuffing along the hinges and extremities. Text block cracked in the gutters between the first endpaper and last endpapers. Binding shaken but intact. Text block toned. Mostly minor scattered foxing and staining in the interior.
