Half bound in brown leather with marbled paper covered boards. Library copy, with expected inserts and inscriptions. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Minor pencil marking to front free end-paper. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate crushing to spine ends, with splitting, fraying and loss to the head, tail and joints. Gilt lettering is darkened.
