New York: George Braziller, 1966. First edition thus [1966]. Stunningly illustrated facsimile of the original illuminated manuscript, with introduction and commentary. Off-white leatherette printed in gilt, 8.25" tall, black slipcase with label. The book is in about fine condition, firm binding, clean pages, "from the library of" bookplate on front free endpaper with no name written on it on front free endpaper, no names or other markings. The slipcase has some light shelfwear and a sunned spine, structurally sound.. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good Slipcase. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
