Sauk City, Wisconsin: Stanton and Lee, 1948. Limited Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Clare Victor Dwiggins. 107pp. Grey pictorial boards. Spine very slightly faded, endpapers age-darkened, book is clean and sound. Unclipped dust jacket is torn along folds, darkened and chipped, but is overall complete. A comics-like pencil sketch by Clare Dwiggins INSCRIBED AND SIGNED "Dwig" on front pastedown. Text is profusely illustrated throughout by Dwiggins.
