About This Item
London: Christian Literature Crusade. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The interior of the book is crisp and clean. There is a gift inscription to a former owner (Christmas 1951) on the free front end paper, but no other marks or signs of wear or use. The green cloth covers show very minor wear to the edges, but no major problems. The dust jacket is price-clipped, but is in overall in very good condition, with light wear and one chip of paper missing from the top of the spine. The jacket is now in a protective plastic cover and looks very attractive. Synopsis: "Christine and Jill are sisters aged 10 and 7 respectively. They leave their parents who are missionaries in India, and come to live for a time with their Aunt and Granny in England. Life at Aunt Janet's; their adventures and all that befell them are told in this book".
