The Golden Cockerel Press, 1939. First Edition. Near Fine. With an Introduction and Commentary by Owen Rutter, and Wood-Engravings by Averil Mackenzie-Grieve. Numbered 152 of 300 copies and signed by Rutter and Mackenzie-Grieve, in pencil, on the limitations page. Bound in dark blue cloth over boards with a gilded illustration on the front and gilded lettering to the spine. Corners just bumped, spine slightly faded. Top edge gilt, long and lower edge deckled. Handmade paper is bright and crisp. Boards are near fine, interior is fine to as new. 

Pages: (6) 53 (1) (8)     Dimensions: 12¾ x 7¾ x ⅜.
