London / New York: Frederick Warne, no date [circa 1970s]. Printed in Great Britain. Description: 32mo, beige cloth,126 pages (only the pages with verses are numbered, not the opposite blank page with lines for entering names), illustrations throughout with small one-color illus. next to each date, and 12 full-page color plates. Blank lined pages for birthday notes. Originally published in 1880, this is a reprint edition from the mid 1970s or later - price on jacket is $2.95. Condition: NEAR FINE book / NEAR FINE jacket: book is like new (there were two penciled names that have been erased leaving no markings); jacket is like new excepting it is clipped on the lower front flap (but not the price), very light toning to edges. A lovely copy.
