Poor. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 202pp. Green boards, gilt bust of Butler on front board, gilt lettering to spine. Ex-library label on front pastedown, inner hinges cracked but holding, lengthy writing on rear endpapers, former owners' names on front endpapers, an aspiring artist has apparently colored part of the engraved frontispiece portrait with red watercolor.
