About This Item

New York: William Helburn Inc, 1928. Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good. A handsome, well-preserved copy of the 1928 1st edition, WHICH INCLUDES ITS SCARCE LAVENDER DUSTJACKET. Clean and Near Fine (very light offsetting at the endsheets, very light foxing along the fore-edge) in a bright, VG example of the fragile dustjacket, with 3" of loss at the middle of the spine, mild chipping and loss to the spine ends and tips, and light wear along the flap-folds. Still though, very presentable and uncommon as such. Elephant folio, 188 full-page plates (mostly in crisp black-and-white), divided into "Majorcan Houses and Gardens" AND "Houses in the City of Palma"
