Folding frontis plate with 3 other folding examples; one with a short tear at the hinge, one with a larger 2 inch tear (photo) and one intact. Also illustrated with 16 full page plates and numerous in text woodcuts. Other than the frontis and title page, the text is free of foxing with bright images. Decorative binding in brown cloth, gilt & black decoration, and light to moderate wear at corner tips and spine ends. An excellent copy overall.
