Very fine in a fine dust jacket with minor wear at the tips of the flap folds. An Architect best known for the World Trade Center. The design included many technical breakthroughs, including the fastest elevator system to date. He designed the Pacific Science Center for the 1962 Seattle World's Fair, which led to being on the cover of Time Magazine. Other major projects include: The Rainier Tower in downtown Seattle.
