Beige cloth spine with a title in blue, b;ue hard cover paper boards that are scuffed and worn along the edges. Inside, very clean and tight with no foxing or stains. A selection of Chinese poetry that the author complains he found difficult to render into English. Half the selections are poems by Po Chu-i.(9th Century AD). First issue denoted by 1919 at the base of the spine. .
