New York: Rizzoli, 1987. Hardcover. Very Good +/near fine. Thick 4to. 502 pp. Bound in full black cloth, title blind stamped on cover and in gilt on spine. Profusely illustrated with black and white photographs and illustrations, including many floor plans. Inscribed by the Author on: “Edwin Malloy/ in celebration of your birthday 5.9.1991, Robert A. M. Stern” Malloy was best known for his role as the broker who, in the late 1970s, helped Pan Am sell its Midtown high-rise to Metropolitan Life for $405 million, a record-setting price at the time. He was also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Very Good+, foxing to top edge of text block, corners of pages 422 and 593 creased, otherwise clean and bright, in Near Fine dust jacket with minor shelf wear.
