The original dust jacket is present, but very Poor condition (front flap missing entirely; it will be included with the book, but the book now has a facsimile jacket.. 8vo (about 9.75 inches tall) . Index of titles. illustrated endpapers. Description: This has a numbered, signed presentation bookplate pasted in. The plate is Signed by the author, with other name written on the plate in a different hand. The number is 121, no indication of the total number of signed copies. Lavishly illustrated in black and white, with some in color -- both photos and artwork. This is part ranch history and part garden guide, or, as the author says, ''in this book it's all worked in together with a little of the flower industry, the flower shows, the seed-growing industry, the Men's Garden Club and a little of the Early West.''
