According to Edel & Laurence, the first printing consisted of 1,500 copies. Octavo. Original red fine-cross-ribbed cloth, spine lettered in gilt, blind rules to bevelled boards, brown coated endpapers. Bookseller's ticket to foot of front pastedown. Spine gently rolled, slight rubbing to extremities, very light soiling to boards, an excellent copy. Edel & Laurence A1; Supino A1.2.0.
