The first edition was 2000 numbered copies. xx, 230 pages. First edition (first printing). A very good copy in a very good dust jacket that is tanned at the spine and is missing one-inch piece near the top of the spine. There is fading to the cloth visible through the chip and a shadow from the jacket on the front board. Two bookstore labels on the rear pastedown. With the publisher's survey postcard laid in.
